Well... yes as to that user. As is noted at the link, the possibilities for pursuing what are at most thoughtcrimes are frightening. I certainly could have been caught searching How to Murder Your Wife myself (if you read this comment, my darling wife, please follow the link) -- though not on AOHell, natch.
