Cathy, it's less the wintry conditions, which could have started a lot earlier than they actually did this year, than skipping the whole month of December.
 
...meteorological December, that is.
 
Well, the upside is it sounds like you have a 60% chance of being warmer than last year. Maybe that can compensate for higher gas prices.
