I haven't studied it, but it appears an increasing number of foreign-owned car companies that located plants in the South are moving their operations to the Midwest and West (if they don't ouright go to Canada, where National Health is effectively a subsidy for the industry).
I wonder how the OK experiment will go--especially during football season.
